1. Introduction and Definitions

Welcome to Make Me Millionaire Coin (“MMMC”), a decentralised cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystem built on the MMMC Blockchain. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and MMMC regarding your access to and use of the MMMC protocol and all related services, products, and features, including but not limited to the MMMC token (MMMC), MMMC Wallet, MMMC Swap, MMMC Pro Crypto Exchange, NFT Marketplace, GameFi platform, Launchpad, and any other services or products provided by MMMC (collectively, the “Services”). MMMC is a decentralised protocol and is not operated or controlled by any single entity. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you are interacting with a decentralised, open-source protocol and ecosystem. By accessing, using, or participating in any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access the Services. Your use of the Services does not create a customer relationship, partnership, or fiduciary duty between you and MMMC or any of its contributors.

For the purposes of these Terms, "MMMC" refers to the decentralised project. MMMC does not have the ability to control, reverse, or modify transactions on the blockchain.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and not be a person barred from using the Services under the laws of your jurisdiction or any other applicable law. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country or territory restricting the dealing of virtual digital assets. MMMC reserves the right to restrict or deny access to the Services in certain jurisdictions at its sole discretion.

3. Nature of the MMMC Network and Ecosystem

MMMC is a decentralised, open-source blockchain protocol utilising a delegated proof-ofstake (DPoS) consensus mechanism. The network is not controlled by any single entity, transactions are validated by independent super representatives elected by the community. MMMC is not a bank, financial institution, or regulated exchange, and does not provide any banking, custodial, or fiduciary services. The protocol is open-source and may be used, modified, or integrated by anyone in accordance with applicable open-source licences.

The MMMC ecosystem includes, but is not limited to, the MMMC token, MMMC Wallet, NFT Marketplace, GameFi platform, Launchpad, and other utility applications. These components are designed to facilitate decentralised payments, trading, gaming, NFT transactions, charitable donations, and other blockchain-based activities. 5. Risks

By using MMMC and its Services, you acknowledge and accept the following risks, which are not exhaustive:

MMMC cannot recover lost or stolen funds, and will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to secure your access information. You acknowledge that self-custody is a core feature of decentralised protocols and that you bear all responsibility for your digital assets.
• Prohibited Activities: You must not use MMMC or the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, violating sanctions, engaging in market manipulation, or infringing the rights of others. You agree to cooperate with any investigations or requests from regulatory authorities or MMMC regarding your use of the Services.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required for any aspect of the Services, and to update such information as necessary.
• Reporting: You are responsible for reporting any suspicious activity, security breaches, or unauthorised use of your account or the Services to MMMC promptly.

  • The value and potential profitability of cryptocurrency offered on MMMC are entirely subject to prevailing market conditions. These conditions, including supply, demand, and other economic factors, may cause THE values to increase or decrease unpredictably.
  • MMC does not guarantee or imply any specific value or profit associated with the purchase of the cryptocurrency.
  • MMMC does not influence or participate in determining the market fluctuations.
  • The user acknowledges that any financial gain or loss is dependent on market conditions.There is no guaranteed return on investment.
